Our main market is the 5* hospitality and Guest room management.
We are looking at AI and following with interest. But for either a domestic property or even a guest room. We currently don't see how AI can add and not subtract from the user experience.
This dose not include normal features like day light linking and solar gain blind control, as we already have these built in.
AI will not know when your at home and want to read a book, so automatically change the scene. It can already be done via voice.
We will certainty adopt AI for use in admin tasks at the office and limited use in marketing. So freeing up valuable staff time. But ATM I think that as far as we can go with it. But we are keeping an open mind and a very close eye on the whole development.
